About Rekenber

Rekenber is a modern digital platform designed for managing receivables and insolvency proceedings. It streamlines the aggregation of debts from various independent sources and enables efficient management in a user-friendly environment. The platform offers extensive data visualization options, process automation, and integration with public data sources.

Challange

Many creditors face the complex process of managing debts originating from multiple independent sources. Rekenber was tasked with addressing these challenges by:

  1. Group processing and visualization of receivables.
  2. Providing a summary view of all debts.
  3. Automating manual processes related to creating, editing, and sending documents.

Collaboration Goal

  1. Transform existing data into frontend-usable visualizations
  2. Enrich data with new tracking and recording capabilities
  3. Automate the generation and processing of documents, including signed PDFs

Frontend Refactoring

We revamped the user interface to support dynamic forms based on JSON structures.

During refactoring, we adapted the development process to trunk development, emphasizing small-scale implementations without disrupting existing code.

Rekenber evolved into a comprehensive platform with the following features:

 Functionalities were deployed gradually using feature flags through Split, with initial releases to 50% of users, later expanding to 80% and finally 100%
